How do I pay?+–
Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) through our secure Stripe checkout, or Interac e-Transfer — half the setup when you sign up, half when your assistant goes live.
Is there a contract?+–
No. Month-to-month, no commitment. The setup fee is one-time. Cancel with an email, effective at the end of the billing month.
What if it doesn't fit my business?+–
Cancel before go-live and the second setup payment is never charged. The full policy is on the refunds page — in plain language.
What about call minutes?+–
Normal small-business call volume is included in the flat rate. If your volume is unusual, we'll discuss it before anything changes — no surprise bills.
What does setup actually include?+–
A working assistant on your number in about 48 hours: discovery call, knowledge base built from your services and prices, booking rules configured, automations wired, test calls together, then go-live.
