Refund & cancellation policy

The service is a one-time setup fee plus a month-to-month subscription. Current prices are listed on the pricing page in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

The setup fee covers real work: configuring your assistant, building its knowledge base, connecting your phone line, and testing with you. It is billed in two parts: half when you sign up, and the remaining half when your assistant goes live. If you cancel before we have started the setup work, we will refund your first payment in full. Once setup work has begun, the first payment is non-refundable — it pays for work already performed, and if you cancel before go-live the second payment is simply never charged. Once your assistant is live, the full setup fee is non-refundable.

The subscription is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel any time — your service simply runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a billing month, and there are no cancellation fees.

Email hello@aiagencywinnipeg.ca from the address on your account, or tell us by phone. We confirm every cancellation in writing within one business day — if you have not received a confirmation, the cancellation has not been processed yet.

If you believe you were billed in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an amount that does not match the pricing page — contact us first at hello@aiagencywinnipeg.ca. Billing errors are corrected with a full refund of the incorrect amount, typically within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
